Terms of Service

I, the artist, own and retain all rights to the commissioned work. This includes the right to upload the artwork as a sample for my personal portofolio and/or on my social media page (Instagram and X) unless otherwise specified.

I, the artist, will not reproduce or resell the commissioned work without the permission of the client.

The client may not copy, trace, edit, or claim the commissioned work as their own.

Commissioned works are for personal use only and I continue to reserve all rights to the artwork as the creator.

The commissioned work may not be used for any monetary, profit or commercial purposes.

The commissioned work may not be used for AI image generators, non-fungible tokens (NFTs), or any form of cryptocurrency.

The client may display the commissioned work on public spaces as long as I, the artist, am properly credited.

The client must pay 100% upfront.

Available payment methods: Paypal (USD) and BCA (IDR).

Prices may vary depending on complexity. Extra charges may apply the client's design is overly detailed.

Strictly no refunds.

I, the artist, will not start the commission unless the full amount of the payment has been received.

Chargebacks may not be filed under any circumstances.

After filling out the commission form, I will contact the client about whether I accept or decline the commission request. This will take around 1-3 days.

Further communication will be done via DMs or discord.

Please note that all commissions are drawn digitally!

I, the artist, will send updates (Including pictures) of the commissioned work-in-progress. The client also may request for a progress update.

I allow up to 3 major revisions during the sketching process. Only minor changes can be done after I start rendering.

Finished commissions will be sent through e-mail (.PNG file).

A commission will take around 1-8 weeks to finish. The client will be given an estimated time of completion prior to the start of work.

I, the artist, am not obliged to explain the reasoning behind extensions or delays for the completion of a commission.

I, the artist, reserve the right to decline a commission request, and I am not obliged to explain the reasoning behind it.

I, the artist, reserve the right to cancel a commission request due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, or a breach of these Terms of Service.

I reserve the right to change my Terms of Service at any time.
