Terms of Service

I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned work. This includes the right to display the artwork in my portfolio and on social media platforms (Instagram and X), unless otherwise requested.

I will not reproduce or resell the commissioned work without the client's permission.

The client may not copy, trace, edit, or claim the commissioned work as their own.

All commissioned works are for personal use only. I retain full copyright as the original creator.

The commissioned work may not be used for monetary, commercial, or profit-generating purposes.

The artwork may not be used in AI image generators, NFTs, or any form of cryptocurrency.

Clients may post the artwork publicly with proper credit to me, the artist.

The client must pay 100% after I send out a rough sketch. Detailed work begins only after full payment is received.

Available payment methods: Paypal (USD) and BCA/Gopay (IDR).

Prices may vary depending on complexity. Additional charges apply for overly detailed design

Strictly no refunds.

Chargebacks may not be filed under any circumstances.

After filling out the commission form, I will contact the client within 1–3 days to confirm acceptance or rejection of the request.

All communication will be handled via DMs, email, or Discord.

All commissions are digital only.

I will send progress updates throughout the process. Clients may also request updates.

Up to 3 major revisions are allowed during the sketch phase. Only minor changes will be accepted after rendering begins.

Final artwork will be delivered via email in .PNG format.

Completion time is typically 1-8 weeks, depending on complexity and my schedule.

An estimated deadline will be provided before starting.

I reserve the right to decline any commission.

I also reserve the right to cancel a commission due to poor communication, inappropriate behavior, or violation of these terms.

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time without prior notice.
